Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia Seeds make a healthy addition to any smoothie!
- 1 Tablespoon Omega-3 Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia® Chia Seeds
- 1 cup fruit juice of your choice
- 1 cup soy milk – or almond milk or regular skim milk
- 1 cup fruit, fresh, organic if possible
In a blender, add your favorite all natural fruit juice and sprinkle the Omega 3 Chia onto your juice to soak until it starts to thicken, about 4-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
