Cool Cucumber and Avocado Soup

      • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
      • 1 avocado
      • 2 green onions, scallions
      • Juice of 1 lime
      • 1 cup of plain or soy yogurt
      • 1 cup of purified water
      • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Dash of pick-a-pepper or any other hot sauce you wish (optional)
  2. Chop cucumber, avocado, green onions and toss in blender with 4 tbsp of Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia® Chia Seeds
  3. Add other ingredients and process until smooth – If necessary add more purified water to make thinner
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and a dash of cayenne pepper
